Casie & Mitch 9.1.12 Mt. Zion Convention Center

This was a large reception with nearly 450 guests. The Mt. Zion Convention Center was a perfect venue for this many guests because it still allowed for plenty of room between tables. No one felt crowded.

The tables looked gorgeous. We provided the white polyester chair covers and tablecloths with satin sangria sashes and napkins.  Their centerpieces alternated between floral designs and crystal votive candle holders.

Here you can see their two-tiered head table which was directly across from the DJ. We love how the crystal votive holders were in purple to match the uplighting. The room glowed once the lights were turned down. This dance floor was huge! They had cocktail tables lined up along the sides for those who wanted to mingle while still staying close to the dance floor.

Their cake was also displayed on the dance floor. It was one of the tallest cakes we’ve seen! It had 7 tiers and was decorated in the same flowers as their centerpieces. We’re so glad they wanted their cake spotlighted because it was beautiful! You can also get the full effect of the purple uplighting here since the lights are dimmed.

This sleek and modern all white seating area was another unique feature we provided. Some of our brides and grooms choose to have it for their guests to relax while others are dancing. You can also add it to our photo booth package and create a nice lounge area for guest to have a seat while they’re waiting in line to get their picture taken. It definitely makes a statement in the room!

Casie and Mitch had a very elaborate setup. With an all-inclusive 7 1/2 hour DJ package, white modern seating area, 40 uplights, cake spotlight, and elegant chair covers and linens, this reception was sure to impress! We hope everyone had a great time, and wish Casie and Mitch a long and happy marriage!
