Erin & Ben 11.5.11 Hilton

Erin and Ben’s reception was breathtaking! They had their reception in the Chief Ballroom with nearly 300 guests. Their main colors were black and hot pink. We provided black stretch chair covers with hot pink sashes. Each guest table had black floor-length polyester tablecloths and black and white damask runners. It was very sleek and modern looking!

The entire ballroom was lined in white drapery! This was the first time we’ve ever done an entire ballroom and it looked incredible! It definitely made the room feel more intimate. Then, we added hot pink uplights which shined up the drapery. It was really dramatic and elegant!

Here you can see one of their tall centerpieces. They had floating pink roses inside the vase with another floral arrangement on top. Each guest was given an empty cookie bag so that they could fill it with a cookie of their choice at the cookie table. We thought that was a neat idea!

Their custom mongram was very unique. They wanted it to replicate the damask pattern that was also used for their cake and table runners.  Erin and Ben had a 4-tiered cake which was spotlighted in front of the head table. We hope everyone had a great time. We took requests all night long! It was great working with Erin and Ben, and we wish them a marriage full of happiness for years to come!
