Courtney & Nate 6.18.11 Champaign Country Club

We are still talking about this wedding! It was absolutely stunning! Courtney and Nate rented the entire Champaign Country Club for their special day. The Grand Ballroom was set up for 250 guests. We provided gold chiavari chairs, as well as amber uplighting throughout the entire ballroom. The gold chiavari chairs complimented the champagne colored tablecloths beautifully, and they really helped create an open feel to the room. The soft amber uplighting helped create the warm and inviting atmosphere that they hoped for!

Wow! Courtney and Nate’s head table sat 28 people! Chairs lined both sides of the table and petite silver vases filled with ivory flower buds and votive candles added just the perfect touch. Each guest table featured tall candelbra centerpieces. Each centerpiece displayed an assortment of ivory flowers while candles peeked out the top and crystals hung underneath for a very elegant look!  The tables displayed menu cards which included a 5-course gourmet dinner and were tucked inside champagne satin napkins.

Here you can see their gorgeous 5-tiered cake by Cake Artist Studio.  Its intricate detail was just another feature that became a statement in the room!  Shortly after guests enjoyed cake and Courtney and Nate mingled around the room, the couple invited all of their guests to move into the “party room.” “I’ve Got a Feeling” and “Celebration” kicked off what became a night full of dancing, a surprise private fireworks show, and non-stop fun! Be sure to check out the “Ultra Lounge” post on our blog to catch a glimpse of how the rest of the night continued!
