Bridget & Ryan 1.1.11 Decatur Conference Center

Bridget and Ryan’s wedding reception was at the Decatur Conference Center in the MLK ballroom. They rung in the New Year as husband and wife! We did a custom monogram on the dance floor with a beautiful design. Guests were able to see it as soon as they walked into the room.  As soon as toasts were done, Bridget and Ryan made their way to the dance floor to cut the cake as we played “Pour Some Sugar on Me” by Def Leppard.

They wanted to create a soft ambiance for their guests so we did amber uplighting around the entire room. Their colors were charcoal and pink, so they had white polyester chair covers with charcoal satin sashes. Accents of pink where used in the flowers and table decorations throughout the room. Our DJ system was setup directly in front of the dance floor across from the head table.  The bridal party made their entrance to ” I Gotta Feeling” by the Black Eyed Peas. You could tell it was going to be a great night with lots of dancing.

Guests mingled toward the dance floor as  Bridget and Ryan shared their first dance to “Then” by Brad Paisley.  Here you can see how their custom monogram created a beautiful touch for pictures too!  Bridget and Ryan wanted to get their guests on the dance floor with them to celebrate so they requested that an anniversary dance happen.  Soon enough, guests were out on the dance floor dancing the night away! Friends and family were also able to capture their memories at the photo booth later in the evening. What a great added touch!

Bridget and Ryan shared their special day with many friends and family. What a great way to ring in the new year too! The night ended shortly before midnight as eveyone came together on the dance floor singing and dancing to “American Pie.”  We wish the happy couple all the best as they start the new year as newlyweds!
