Molly and Shane’s reception was in the Holiday Hall with nearly 350 guests. They had a unique color scheme! We provided half white polyester chair covers with black satin sashes and half black polyester chair covers with white satin sashes. It looked awesome, and it was different than what we typically see. Most of our clients who want to alter their colors will only do it in the sash.

Their centerpieces varied between eiffel tower vases with black and white feathers and floral arrangements with pink tiger lillies. Then, they had silver charger plates which added even more elegance to the tables. We also provided a video screen and white backdrop with a custom monogram behind their head table.

Molly and Shane’s 4-tiered cake was perfectly decorated to match the alternating black and white theme. The cake table was displayed in the back of the room so guests could see it as they walked into a separate area where the buffet line formed for dinner.

Pink uplighting created a party-like atmosphere while keeping it elegant too. At 11:00, guests were able enjoy a late night burger snack, and continue dancing until midnight. We hope everyone had a great time, and wish Molly and Shane the best in their new marriage!

Adrienne and Kevin had their ceremony and reception at the I Hotel. It was very elegant. We provided white stretch chair covers with navy blue satin sashes in a foldover tie for a more sleek and sophisticated look. We also added amber uplighting around the room to create a more intimate atomosphere. They placed programs on the chairs for guests to pickup as they sat in their seats.

They had tall and short vases with candles that lined-up along the aisle. Then we provided a white backdrop with uplights at the front of the room. Everything came together so nicely and looked beautiful! Once the ceremony was over, staff of the I Hotel flipped the ballroom for their reception. Adrienne and Kevin formed a receiving line and took pictures while the room flip was going on.

All of the chairs were transfered to the reception, the tables were set, and reception began. Adrienne and Kevin had their first dance immediately following introductions. Dinner, cake, and toasts followed their first dance.

Adrienne and Kevin’s colors were white, navy and green. Their table setup was done in mostly white linen with the exception of our navy blue satin sashes around the chairs. Their centerpieces varied between tall cylinder vases and short ones with all white flowers.

Their 4-tiered cake sat in front of the DJ booth across from the head table. We spotlighted it to make it a focal point in the center of the room. We also provided a white backdrop behind their two tiered head table, and added green uplights which looked awesome!

We love how they chose a soft lime green for their uplighting color. It gave the room a more “party feel” while keeping it elegant at the same time. This was a very fun wedding. Since it was New Year’s Eve, the I Hotel distributed champagne to all the guests at 11:30. We played “Auld Lang Syne” at the strike of midnight as we did a count down to the New Year! Guests were able to continue the celebration until 1:00am. We wish Adrienne and Kevin Hay’s a very happy marriage!

Melissa and Justin had their ceremony and reception at the Holiday Inn. We provided the music for both. The reception began around 5:30 with about 125 guests. Their main color was purple. The purple uplighting looked incredible!

The cake was displayed in the middle of the dance floor on a purple satin overlay, which we provided. It really popped and then when we added a spotlight, it showed all the intricate detail on the cake.

We placed a video screen in the corner of the room where guests viewed a slideshow of Melissa and Justin shortly after the cake cutting.

In addition to the DJ, and uplighting, they also had ivory polyester chair covers with plum sashes and plum overlays. Our ostrich feather centerpieces looked awesome against the plum overlays, as well.  The entire room was very warm and inviting. Best wishes to Mr. and Mrs. Rogers!

Marcy and Kyle had a destination wedding in Key West, FL. They did a tropical theme for their reception, as well. Their colors were turquoise and white with starfish accents.

We included starfish in Marcy and Kyle’s custom monogram that was displayed on the wall above their head table. They used seaweed, starfish and fish netting to create some really unique centerpieces. We love that for the headtable, they also included the name of the beach that they got married on in Key West!

We provided turquoise uplighting around the entire room, which added a lot of color! We also placed two video screens on each side of the DJ booth that displayed a photo montage of Marcy and Kyle. This was a nice touch since a majority of the guests weren’t at the actual wedding ceremony in Key West.

Marcy and Kyle had cupcakes for dessert and a small wedding cake for the two of them to cut for the traditional cake cutting ceremony. We love how they added starfish to them, and that the cake was opposite colors from the cupcakes! Cute idea!

We really enjoyed working with Marcy and Kyle. Their reception had a lot of unique touches and tropical flare! We hope that they had as much fun at their reception as they did in Key West!

Lindy and Ben’s entry into their reception was beautiful! We draped the foyer area making a path which lead into the ballroom. Then we provided amber uplighting to give it a romantic and elegant feel. Guests were able to see which table they were at by looking at the cards which hung from the drapery.

They used banquet and round tables for their guests. Family of the bride and groom sat at the banquet tables which were placed in the middle of the room in front of the head table. The rest of their guests sat at the round tables dispersed throughout the room. We thought it worked out very nicely!

Lindy and Ben’s monogram lit up the dancefloor! Lindy’s sister designed their monogram image, and we think it turned out gorgeous! What a nice family touch it was to add to their special day!  It was really pretty at night when all the lights were dimmed and the dancing begun.

Lindy and Ben’s cake was very unique in that it was very sleek with fine lines, yet had a lot of detail and color to it! We spotlighted it which really made it stand out! They cut their cake following dinner which then lead into a thank you from the newlyweds and an introduction of their bridal party.

We love these shots of the room! It shows how warm and elegant the room looked. The amber uplighting and candlelight on the tables is a huge factor in how inviting the room felt. We also provided mahogany chiavari chairs and champagne satin floor-length tablecloths. They added brown, green, and blue organza overlays to the tables for a little extra color and elegance.

Our brown satin napkins pair up perfectly with the chairs and are a nice contrast on the light colored table linen. Each table featured a unique floral bundle inside a glass bowl.  They also placed a bottle of red and white wine on the tables for their guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

Another feature that we loved was the additonal lounge area which we created with tan drapery. It was an area where guests could mingle and relax aside from the dancing. We thought it made the reception area feel a little more intimate as it blocked off some of the outside light and covered a portion of the windows. Best wishes to Lindy and Ben!

Melissa and Chris’s reception was held in the Governor Ballroom at the State House Inn. We were able to take some before and after shots of the room so that we could show off the beautiful transformation! They kept it very classy with black and ivory as their main colors. We brought in black chiavari chairs, ivory tablecloths, and black napkins.

We also did a custom monogram on the wall above their head table, and accented it with amber uplighting which was also carried throughout the entire room. They used pumpkins and leaves to decorate the head table, and in front of the table it read, “Just Hitched.”

Their 4-tiered cake was placed in the middle of the dance floor and was spotlighted. We provided a black tablecloth for the cake table which made the cake stand out even more. They used bright fall flowers for their cake and on each guest table to add a touch of color.

Melissa and Chris didn’t just have a traditional wedding cake, they had a grooms cake, as well! In hopes that their guests would come check out the groom’s cake, Melissa and Chris placed a special message on the table next to the cake for everyone to read.  In short…it asked that in Lieu of a dollar dance, a donation be made to help beloved friends who are fighting cancer. It was such a sweet and thoughtful idea. Best of luck to the new Mr. and Mrs. Brooks!

Erin and Ben’s reception was breathtaking! They had their reception in the Chief Ballroom with nearly 300 guests. Their main colors were black and hot pink. We provided black stretch chair covers with hot pink sashes. Each guest table had black floor-length polyester tablecloths and black and white damask runners. It was very sleek and modern looking!

The entire ballroom was lined in white drapery! This was the first time we’ve ever done an entire ballroom and it looked incredible! It definitely made the room feel more intimate. Then, we added hot pink uplights which shined up the drapery. It was really dramatic and elegant!

Here you can see one of their tall centerpieces. They had floating pink roses inside the vase with another floral arrangement on top. Each guest was given an empty cookie bag so that they could fill it with a cookie of their choice at the cookie table. We thought that was a neat idea!

Their custom mongram was very unique. They wanted it to replicate the damask pattern that was also used for their cake and table runners.  Erin and Ben had a 4-tiered cake which was spotlighted in front of the head table. We hope everyone had a great time. We took requests all night long! It was great working with Erin and Ben, and we wish them a marriage full of happiness for years to come!

Erin and Andrew’s reception was absolutely beautiful! The Colonnades Club is a very long space so we added drapery to each sides of the room to make it more intimate. It also added a lot of elegance and warmth. Each table featured our gold chiavari chairs!

Their centerpieces were filled with lots of color and candlelight! Votive candles hung from the tall centerpieces which made for a very inviting atomosphere! Then, they placed menu cards at each place setting and favor boxes on the table for each of their guests.

The dance floor was setup in the middle of the room. They displayed their 5-tiered cake on the dance floor. Erin and Andrew did not have a head table. They had round tables which were placed in front of a white backdrop with their custom monogram, that replicated their invitations.  The purple uplighting looked incredible in the evening!

Erin and Andrew’s cake was unbelievable!  The detail on it was flawless. The cake spotlight made it a focal point in the room until it was taken away before dancing.

They shared their first dance to “Thank You for Loving Me” by Bon Jovi .  We also projected stars on the ceiling above the dance floor.  This reception was incredible in so many ways, and we thank Erin and Andrew for letting us be a part of their special day!

Ashley and Steve’s reception was sleek, elegant, and classy. They used white and black for their linens and brought in touches of red. Their centerpieces were simple, but unique. They alternated glass candle arrangements and floral arrangements which gave the room more color.  A custom monogram displayed their names and wedding date, and was displayed on the wall above the head table.

We provided white stretch chair covers with black stretch bands for all of the guest tables, and then black stretch chair covers with white bands for the head table. It created a focus and drew attention to the wedding party.

Ashley and Steve’s wedding party was pretty big, so the head table was setup in a ’U.’ It was later broken down to make more room for dancing. The uplighting looked amazing! We did an amber color around the entire room and added a few red accent lights.

Their 3-tiered cake went perfectly with the rest of the decor in the room.  Ashley and Steve cut their cake immediately following dinner to “Sugar Sugar” by the Archies.  We hope that Ashley and Steve, along with their guests, had a great time out on the dance floor! Best of luck to Steve and Ashley Kennedy!
