Sylvia & Keith 7.9.10 I Hotel
Sylvia and Keith’s reception was in the Illinois Ballroom at the I Hotel. They came to us for DJing, lighting, and chair covers. They had a cocktail hour in the lobby, and then when the ballroom doors opened, this is what the guests saw..
It was a very warm atmosphere with amber up-lighting and lots of candles on the tables. She went with the modern look of the hotel and did white stretch covers with ivory bands and ivory polyester tablecloths.
They had a unique head table made up of 6 banquet tables so that there were bridal party members on both sides of the table, except they left an open space in front of the bride and groom’s chairs.
They also had a very fun dessert table with cupcakes and cookies. The guests loved it!
